Treatment Workflow
APPOINTMENT
Visit an Angel Aligner -certified doctor for a comprehensive oral examination, including digital scans of your teeth, photos and x-rays.
TAILORED 3D TREATMENT PLAN
Your doctor will submit your digital scans and photos to Angel Aligner. A tailored 3D treatment plan will be produced by Angel Aligner together with the doctor. Modifications will not be made until the treatment plan is satisfactory.
CUSTOMIZED CLEAR ALIGNERS
According to the finalized 3D treatment solution approved by your doctor, Angel Aligner will produce sets of fully customized clear aligners for you.
ALIGNERS WEARING
Your aligners should be worn for more than 20 hours per day and should only be removed before eating, brushing your teeth or take exceedingly hot drinks. Please also attend regular check-ups as directed by your doctor.
BEAUTIFUL SMILE
After your treatment is completed, you are recommended to wear retainers to maintain your well aligned teeth with a confident smile.
Indications
Crowding
Teeth are misaligned due to insufficient space. Tooth size (sum of total crown width) is larger than the bone size available (the total length of the Mearch), this causes labial-lingual or buccal-lingual mispositioning or rotanons of teeth.
Spacing
There are gaps between teeth. Tooth size (sum of total crown width) is smaller than the bone size available (the total length of the arch).
Deep Overjet
The horizontal distance between Incisal edge of maxillary anterior teeth and labial surface of mandibular anterior teeth is greater than 3mm.
Crossbite
A typical cross bite is that mandibular antenor teeth are on the labial side of maxillary anterior teeth In occlusion. When In occlusion, it can be classified Into an anterior cross bite or a posterior cross bite. It can also be classified Into a dental cross bite and a skeletal bite.
Deep Overbite
Maxillary anterior teeth cover too much labial surface of mandibular anterior teeth along vertical direction I.e. Incisal edge of maxillary anterior teeth Is lower than Incisal edge of mandibular anterior teeth by 1/3 the length of the crown of the latter, or incisal edge of mandibular anterior teeth is higher than Incisal edge of maxillary antenor teeth by 1/3 the length of the latter.
Open Bite
Maxillary and mandibular anterior teeth, premolars and/or molars can not close In occlusion. If there Is gap between Incisal edges of maxillary and mandibular anterior teeth In occlusion. It Is called anterior open bite.
