  1. What is your refund and exchange policy?
    Non-refundable on any Angel Aligner products.
    Non-refundable on issue for example on situations : change of mind, not suitable, not match or just don’t like the item.
    All SALE and promotional-priced items are non-returnable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
  2. What if I received a damaged item?
    Firstly, we apologise if the products received was damaged.
    Please email us at [email protected] or WhatsApp +6012 737 7624 as soon as possible.
    Replacement must be informed as soon as possible within 3 days after receiving.
    NO REFUND. Only exchange, this is to avoid worn item returns and want a money back.
    Customer needs to send a picture of the faulty items. Upon receiving the item, inspection will be made.
  3. Where do I return the damaged item?
    You may return the damaged item to Titan Dental Solutions Sdn Bhd, 20-2, Jalan 27/70A, Desa Sri Hartamas, 50480 Kuala Lumpur.
